The Medi‑Cal Dental Advanced Training goes into detail on clinical criteria such as documentation requirements, x‑rays, and correct processing codes. It also explains program policies and procedures that affect clinical and administrative teams, especially staff who are new to Medi‑Cal Dental and need a deeper understanding of how claims are evaluated.
A Provider Trainer and Dental Consultant deliver the four (4) hour Advanced Seminar. Attendees may receive four (4) Continuing Education credits for completing the seminar and are encouraged to complete a training evaluation after each session to provide feedback and overall satisfaction.
